Under Bogey Aguila Golf Course Review

We've played all of the muni's quite a bit here and Aguila is above the rest. You get some great views, an awesome golf course layout, and affordable pricing. 

The practice facility is pretty solid. There is a nice short game area, driving range and putting green. None of which are state of the art, but they definately get the job done. 

The golf course has plenty of length, a nice variety of holes and quick greens. Sure everything isn't always super lush, but they do a really good job taking care of this course.

If you are looking for a budget friendly course to play in Phoenix, AZ -- you can't go wrong playing Aguila.

Papago vs. Aguila Golf Course

When it comes to muni's these are two of the best you will find in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area, but a lot of people often debate which course is better. They are both fun golf courses to play, but we give the edge to Aguila.

The practice facility at papago is definately better and I suppose that makes sense considering that is ASU's home course. However, when it comes to the golf course itself is where Aguila shines. Set at the base of south mountain, you get some fantastic views throughout the course and the wide variety of holes makes it an extremely fun course to play. 

Aguila has better views, better design and better prices that Papago. The only area Papago wins is the practice facility and club house.
